Election time is here for all board positions. Below you will find a general description for each of the positions along with the dates for this process. If you have interest in running for any of the titles, please contact Dave Timmons at president@sd-crew.com. You are allowed to run for multiple positions but you can not hold more than two positions. Officers must be a current paid SD Crew member and own an Indian Motorcycle. Voting will be open to all paid members of the SD Crew.

New 1 Year Term Starts on June 1st
PRESIDENT – Work with the sponsoring dealer to uphold the Chapter Bylaws and Operating Policies. Responsible for chapter operations, meetings, and implementation of Indian Motorcycle Riders Group policies.
VICE PRESIDENT – Act on behalf of the President on all chapter business during the absence of the President, assist the President as needed, and promote membership.
SECRETARY – Oversee administrative duties of the chapter, including recording chapter minutes. They are also responsible for making sure all riders have completed the Chapter Waivers before each ride and maintaining records.
TREASURER – Maintain the group’s financial accounts, pay all expenses, provide financial reports to the group.
MARKETING DIRECTOR – Advertise events to group members and ensure that all communication pieces are being communicated with members. Maintain brand integrity and brand standards to those of Indian Motorcycle and order any needed marketing materials or apparel. Assist with the planning and execution of Chapter events. Post on Chapter social media platforms on a regular basis.
ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR – Plan activities for the Chapter as the Chapter sees fit and oversee the administrative planning, logistics, and other duties of events.
PHOTOGRAPHER – Take, organize Chapter photos and post on Chapters social media platforms.
MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR – Ensure new members have Indian Motorcycle Riders Group memberships, welcome and interact with new members at Chapter meetings and events and manage online member lists.
EDITOR – Write, edit, and distribute Chapter newsletter.
WEB DIRECTOR – Edit, maintain and update Chapter website.
